Order Processing

At T&G Pallet Liquidation LLC, we work to process all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Once an order has been processed and prepared for shipment, customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.

Processing times may vary depending on order volume, pallet availability, and logistics scheduling.

Shipping Methods

We ship liquidation pallets using freight carriers and logistics partners experienced in handling bulk inventory shipments. Shipping methods may include:

Freight truck delivery
LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipping
Full truckload shipping for large orders

The shipping method used will depend on the size of the order, destination, and pallet quantity.

Delivery Locations

T&G Pallet Liquidation proudly serves customers throughout the United States and internationally. We work with trusted freight partners to ensure pallets are delivered safely and efficiently.

Customers purchasing internationally may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees required by their country.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping destination and freight carrier schedules. Most orders within the United States arrive within 3–10 business days after shipment.

International shipping times may vary depending on customs clearance and logistics providers.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, freight delays, or other logistical factors outside our control.

Freight Delivery Requirements

Because liquidation pallets are large freight shipments, customers should be aware of the following delivery requirements:

A commercial address is recommended for freight delivery.
Residential deliveries may require additional fees.
Customers should ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment upon delivery.
In some cases, a forklift or loading dock may be required for unloading.

If liftgate service is needed for residential delivery, additional freight charges may apply.

Shipping Inspection

Customers should carefully inspect the shipment upon arrival. If any visible shipping damage is present, it should be noted with the freight carrier at the time of delivery.

If the pallet received does not match the manifest, customers must contact us within 48 hours with supporting photos and order details.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we work with reliable logistics partners, occasional shipping delays may occur. If your shipment appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist in coordinating with the freight carrier to resolve the issue.
