Returns Policy
In general, all sales are final due to the nature of liquidation inventory. However, we may accept returns in specific situations.
Returns are only accepted if the pallet shipped does not match the provided manifest. If the items received are significantly different from what was listed in the manifest, customers may request a return or resolution.
To be eligible for a return request, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment and provide clear evidence of the discrepancy.
Manifest Information
Some pallets include a manifest listing the expected contents. While manifests are provided as a reference, customers should understand that liquidation inventory may include variations in product condition such as new, open-box, or customer-returned items.
If the pallet received clearly does not match the manifest, we will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.
Return Request Process
If you believe your order does not match the manifest, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include the following information:
Order number
Photos of the pallet and received items
Photos of packaging and shipping labels
A clear description of the issue
Our team will review the claim and determine whether a return, replacement, store credit, or partial refund is appropriate.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been prepared for shipment or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
